Weston-super-Mare face their final SSE National Three South West match of the season with the visit of Old Patesians who won 24-21 when the sides met on a very wet Saturday afternoon at Everest Road in October.

While Weston are already assured of their league status for next season, Old Patesians need four points from their remaining two games to avoid joining Avonmouth Old Boys and Chippenham in being relegated.

Old Pats, whose final match of the season is at home to Amersham & Chiltern on Saturday week, are battling with Old Centralians and Worcester Wanderers - who both have two matches over the Easter period - to avoid the third relegation spot.

Prop Dave Swann returns to lead Weston-super-Mare after starting last weekend 30-19 home win over Avonmouth from the replacements bench. It means that Dave Price switches to tighthead prop with Harry Nash going to the bench.

The other changes, also in the pack, see Simon Hudson moving in to the second row to join Phil Hobbs, with Adam Fisher at openside flanker and Paul Morrissey at No.8.

Old Pats lost 50-19 at home to league champions Lydney last weekend and a number of players face late fitness tests. But the provisional starting line-up sees Ben Parker back in the centre, James Pettigrew at lock, George Angell moves to blindside flanker with Aaron Ryan at No.8.

Weston United's penultimate Tribute Somerset Premier league match is away to Wiveliscombe with the Seasiders looking to complete a double having won 31-26 when the side met in October.

Weston United have lost six of their last seven matches, the last win was 17-10 at Yatton, and have slipped to seventh in the table while Wiveliscombe are five places below having failed to record a win in their last four home matches.

Weston United (away v Wiveliscombe, 3pm): Adam Godfrey; Mike McCarthy, Chris Young, Ollie Caton, Troy Hannam; Jon Filer, Dan Lomax; Jake Whatley, Tom Wheatley, Blain Bryant, Barry Sparks, Elliott Monelle, Rob Blackborrow, Paul Sprague, Dave Steele. Reps: Lewis Hancock, Matt Burns, Paul Whatley.

Weston Athletic's final Tribute Somerset 2 North match is at home to the league's basement side Old Culverhaysians. When the side last met it was Weston who secured a 33-19 victory which made it four wins in a row and saw they move up to 7th place which is where they remain.

Weston Athletic (home v Old Culverhaysians, 3pm): Jack Bridgeman; Joe McGrath, Mike Leahy, Darren Hancock, Ben James; George Chapman, P J Grimes; Will Hunt, Grahame Hill, Matt Lloyd, James Tuohy, Laszlo Noszkay, Ben Cradock, Kieran Pulsford, Chad Smidt.
