Weston 1stXV slipped to their third defeat of the season in the National Three South West league as they went down 27-7 away to Old Centralians at Stade de Bridge.

Exmouth remain unbeaten at the top of the table after their 31-29 win at Brixham with Hornets just a point behind after a 36-10 victory at home to Old Redcliffians.

The other results in National Three South West saw Bournemouth, who visit Weston on Saturday, win 47-13 at home to Barnstaple; Bracknell beat Oxford Harlequins 27-15; Redingensians win 52-17 at Chard; Newton beat Old Patesians 56-28.

Three sides are tied unbeaten at the top of the Tribute Somerset Premier league table with Winscombe ahead of Weston United and Gordano on points difference. Next Saturday Winscombe host Weston United!

Weston United won 26-15 at home to St Bernadettes Old Boys; Winscombe won 20-13 at Nailsea & Backwell while Gordano won 36-3 away to Taunton United.

The other results saw fourth placed Yatton win 46-nil at Imperial; Minehead Barbarians were 32-6 home victors against Wiveliscombe; Old Redcliffians 2ndXV won 40-19 at home to Clevedon 2ndXV and Tor won 31-15 at Oldfield Old Boys.

Weston Athletic moved up to second place in the Tribute Somerset 2 North table after a 52-19 victory away to Clevedon 3rdXV while unbeaten league leaders Bristol Harlequins 2ndXV won 36-19 at Old Redcliffians 3rdXV.

Three sides are a point behind Weston Athletic with Winscombe 2ndXV beating Nailsea & Backwell 71-10; Walcot 2ndXV winning 46-10 at Stothert & Pitt 2ndXV and Old Bristolians 2ndXV having a 32-31 win at Gordano 2ndXV.

Other results in Tribute Somerset 2 North saw Oldfield Old Boys 2ndXv win 38-10 at Keynsham 3rdXV and Old Culverhaysians win 35-5 at home to Imperial 2ndXV

Weston Colts continued their unbeaten start with a 37-17 victory over Bridgwater and Albion gaining a four-try bonus point, in a match much closer than the scoreline suggests.

In a very competitive game, Weston's tries came courtesy of prop Sol Ward ( 2 ), Harry Flower, James Aucott and Ewen Kennedy. Scrum half Jack Salisbury converted three, and added a penalty, as did full back Flower.
