Weston-super-Mare slipped seventh place in the Tribute South West 1 West table after their second defeat of the season as they went down 25-24 away to Avonmouth Old Boys.

Newent are unbeaten at the top of the table after their 27-20 win away to basement side Coney Hill with Bridgwater & Albion a point behind following their 13-5 victory at Drybrook.

Weston United won 26-20 at home to Oldfield Old Boys in the Tribute Somerset Premier while Weston Athletic won 50-30 away to Bristol Barbarians 2ndXV in the Tribute Somerset 2 North.

Weston's next game is the Somerset Cup quarter-final tie at home to Bath University on Saturday, October 17, 2015, kick off 2pm.
