Instructions

Weston-super-Mare will be looking to bonus from last weekend's home defeat at the hands of Newton Abbot when they travel to the Allington Fields to face Chippenham.

The Seasiders will be without hooker Glenn Cooper and lock Andy Glen while centre Mal Roberts and No.8 Gavin Simpson will miss the trip due to injuries.

Craig Withers will start at hooker with Stuart Board and Ashley Russell coming in to the second row with captain George Sparks moving to No.8.

Weston's head coach Paul Redman said: "I expect a hard game against a Chippenham side who have lost their first two games but will no doubt be targeting us as an opportunity to get their season going."

Chippenham finished last season as champions of South West Two West, eight points clear of Old redcliffians, having won all 13 of their home games while they lost two and drew one on the road.

Return to National League 3 South West has seen Chippenham lose their opening two games going down 50-15 at home to Chinnor and then loosing 54-27 away to Old Patesians

Chippenham have delayed confirming their starting line-up but they should have full back Chris Simmons, a summer signing from Newbury, and centre Gary Champion available after their separate honeymoons.

Simmons is likely to replace Grant Trewartha while Champion will start alongside Chris Fletcher in place of Sam Saunders who is unavailable. Ed Wilson could start at scrum half.

Wing Christian Novik faces a late fitness test having dislocated his shoulder early in the second half of the defeat at Old Patesians last weekend so Dave Spiers is on standby.

Chippenham (home v Weston-super-Mare) from: Chris Simmons, Dave Spiers, Christian Novik, Chris Fletcher, Gary Champion, S Barber, Rich Taylor, Ed Wilson, Jake Meadows, Tom Dunn, Aaron Clark, Pete Kirby, Adrian Price, Matt Bye, Jon Turner, Bobby Lyons, Fraser Clilverd.
