Senior pre-season will commence on Tuesday 5th July 2016 at 6.45pm.
The format for these sessions is a follows
Tuesday 5th July - Induction at the clubhouse
Wednesday 6th July - Skills & Conditioning at the clubhouse (Optional)
Thursday 7th July - Beach training at Uphill (Mandatory)
Friday 8th July - Skills & Conditioning at the clubhouse (Optional)
Saturday 9th July - Conditioning at the clubhouse (Optional)

Tuesday 12th July Mandatory training at the clubhouse
Wednesday 13th July - Skills & Conditioning at the clubhouse (Optional)
Thursday 14thJuly - Beach training at Uphill Mandatory)
Friday 15th July - Skills & Conditioning at the clubhouse (Optional)
