Weston-super-Mare eased their relegation worries with comprehensive 54-24 victory over relegation threatened Cheltenham last weekend the Seasiders and are now in tenth place in the table .
On Saturday skipper George Sparks, who has been the Seasiders most consistent performer this season, returns at blindside flanker for the visit of Oxford Harlequins who are four points above.
Sparks replaces Jamie Rudkin had an excellent game at Cheltenham and if he had not ruled himself out through injury would have given the selectors a difficult decision.
After the 20-14 defeat earlier in the season at Oxford, Weston are determined to achieve a victory which would also confirm that they have improved and are able to win consistently.
Weston's chairman of rugby, Mark Philp, said: "Oxford Quins have not played as well this season as last and I am sure like us they will be looking to improve in the second half of the season and fancy themselves as a top half team.
"The main focus for us will be to put in another good performance for 80 minutes and attempt to not give away soft points.
"We are capable of playing well and accumulating points but our season has been about giving the opposition points when they haven’t worked for them?
"If we defend well and take our chances as we did last weekend then we are a match for anyone in the division.
"A victory at home against a team one place above us is a must if we are to move up the table in to a position that we think matches our ability."
