Membership for the 2026/27 season goes live from 1st July and will be available to purchase via GMS or behind the bar in the clubhouse.

Those unable to register via GMS (existing and new members) you can pay at the Clubhouse bar on Thursday, July 2, 2026, between 5.30 pm and 7.00 pm.

In line with clubs across the country, Weston-super-Mare RFC use England Rugby’s Game Management System (“GMS”) to manage club membership, along with match fixtures, results, and player registrations.

GMS will allow you to manage the information the club holds about you, register yourself or your child as a player with Weston-super-Mare RFC, pay for your membership either all at once or via Direct Debit and book RFU courses.

Please take time to read the instructions regarding renewal, as the process may have changed slightly this season

Key points steps are:

• Log in to GMS (or create an account if you are a new member) HERE
• Check your personal and contact details are correct & update if needed inmcluding a contact number and an email address
• All players must now click to “REGISTER” as a player in GMS with Weston-super-Mare RFC annually
• ALL existing members must renew membership – even if you were on Direct Debit last season – the membership does not roll over

Direct Debits will be collected over the 12 months from July 2026

ALL MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE RENEWED BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2026

Updates for 2026/2027 Season:

1. Playing membership rates remain flat for the second consecutive season for Seniors, and MJR (1st child)
2. Club subsidies for Minis/Junior’s/ Roses siblings remain at 30%
3. “Patron” category remains and includes recognition via club media and invitation to a Patron's event on a specific matchday, in addition to standard non-player member benefits.

As a reminder, membership includes:

1. Clubhouse facilities, including Event/Hire Discount
2. 20% discount on drinks at the bar.
3. AGM Vote (1 per full membership/family)
4. RFU International Ticket Opportunities.
5. Entry to 1stXV League games (Cup matches are All Pay)
6. Free Parking 24/7
7. Players’ core kit (refreshed as required)
8. Players’ matchday food (including opposition)
9. Subsidised rates for siblings (Minis/Juniors/Roses)
10. Coaching expenses – kit/training/health/safety accreditation.
11. RFU Affiliation & Senior Player Wage Injury Support.
12. Tournament/Cup Entry.
13. Minis/Juniors/Roses end of season events.
14. Excellent training in the week for players & matchday experience for all.
